Are you experiencing
depression, anxiety disorders or other mental health issues?
Mental health coaching is different from therapy in that it's short-term, goal-focused work. Therapy is generally more intensive and long term. Therapy involves a mental health diagnosis and involves an understanding of past issues through the use of assessments, interventions, and treatment planning. Additionally, therapy focuses on identifying and reducing symptoms.

I offer both services, but I think mental health coaching may not be the best fit for you at this time. If you have been diagnosed with a mental illness, are dealing with extreme sadness and overwhelm, or healing from past trauma. Therapy would be a great resource.
