You’re tired of being the “strong one,” quietly overwhelmed, and emotionally drained. Maybe you’re wrestling with perfectionism, overthinking, or silencing your own needs. You might feel stuck between who you’ve had to be and who you’re becoming, or you’re finally ready to unlearn generational patterns that no longer serve you. If any of this feels familiar, you are exactly who I support. 

What Coaching Is (and What It Isn’t)

Coaching with me is a forward-moving, practical, and supportive space where we focus on building emotional resilience, aligning your identity with who you’re becoming, and strengthening your personal leadership. Through our work together, you learn new emotional tools, practice setting and maintaining boundaries, interrupt patterns that no longer serve you, break cycles of burnout, reclaim your voice, and begin creating a life that feels aligned rather than simply accomplished. Coaching is not the same as therapy, and it doesn’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you’re looking for help navigating depression, trauma, or other clinical concerns, therapy is the right next step and I can guide you toward that kind of support.
